CLAUDEFORCE Claude automation · Salesforce agentic workflows

Claudeforce is here.
We make it run inside your Salesforce.

Claudeforce is the expanded Salesforce and Anthropic partnership announced on 26 August 2026.It makes Claude the reasoning engine across Agentforce and Slack and adds Salesforce in Claude, a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills. Ailace Cloud is the delivery team that turns that announcement into governed, production automation: skills, agents, MCP integrations, and the guardrails around them.

What changed

Claudeforce, decoded for the people who have to ship it.

The partnership puts Claude’s reasoning behind Salesforce’s data, permissions, and workflows. Four pieces matter for a delivery plan.

Salesforce in Claude

A Claude plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills: meeting prep, deal health, pipeline reviews. Sellers reason over live revenue context and take governed actions without leaving Claude. Admins connect it once; permissions apply to the whole team.

Claude inside Agentforce

Claude is a reasoning model for the Atlas Reasoning Engine, the default for Agentforce Vibes and Agentforce Coworker, and selectable in Agent Builder. Your custom agents can reason with Claude while actions stay in Flow and Apex.

SIforce harness & MCP

Salesforce exposes data, business logic, and actions through the SIforce harness (formerly AIforce, renamed 9 October 2026), MCP servers, APIs, and CLI tools, with Headless 360 as the pattern. This is where custom integrations, Slack Claude Tag workflows, and bi-directional MCP apps live.

Trust boundary

Claude runs inside the Salesforce trust boundary through Amazon Bedrock, with enterprise safeguards and zero data retention options. Permissions and business rules still decide what an agent can read or write.

What we build

Six Claude automation services, each with a definition of done.

We combine Salesforce architecture, Apex and Flow engineering, and hands-on Claude, MCP, and Claude Code practice. No demo sandboxes: every deliverable is scoped for production.

01

Claudeforce readiness assessment

Permission model review, data hygiene score, integration inventory, and a ranked list of skills and agents worth building first. Delivered as a two-week fixed-scope sprint.

  • Sharing, FLS, and action-boundary audit
  • Use-case ranking by value and risk
  • Pilot plan with owners and KPIs
02

Salesforce in Claude skills

Roll out the prebuilt sales skills to the right roles, then design custom skills for your revenue motion: account plans, renewal risk, quote hygiene, territory reviews.

  • Role and permission mapping
  • Custom skill design and testing
  • Adoption playbooks for sellers
03

Claude-powered Agentforce agents

Service, sales, and operations agents built in Agent Builder with Claude reasoning, deterministic Flow and Apex actions, approval gates, and escalation rules.

  • Topics, instructions, and action design
  • Human-in-the-loop for writes and money
  • Channel rollout: web, Slack, portal
04

MCP servers & SIforce integrations

Custom MCP tools that expose Apex services, Flows, and external systems to Claude with least-privilege scopes, plus Slack Claude Tag workflows and Headless 360 patterns.

  • Tool schemas with typed, auditable inputs
  • Named Credentials and secret handling
  • Rate limits, retries, and observability
05

Claude Code for Salesforce engineering

Salesforce runs Claude Code across its own engineering org. We bring the same agentic workflow to your Apex, LWC, and metadata: generation with tests, review agents, and CI gates.

  • Repo skills and project memory setup
  • Test-first Apex and LWC generation
  • Deployment pipelines with rollback
06

Governance, evals & observability

Evaluation sets, prompt and policy versioning, audit logging, and monthly reviews so leadership can see what agents did, why, and what it cost.

  • Golden test sets per skill or agent
  • Trust Layer and data retention settings
  • Executive dashboards for agent activity
Reference architecture

Probabilistic reasoning on top. Deterministic Salesforce underneath.

The pattern we ship: Claude decides and drafts, Salesforce validates and acts, and every hop leaves an audit record.

01 · Reason

Claude reads the live context

Skills and agents pull CRM, Slack, and knowledge through MCP with the caller’s permissions, never a service account with everything.

02 · Decide

Policy runs before action

Flow and Apex validate amounts, stages, and ownership. Anything outside policy routes to a human with the draft attached.

03 · Act

Deterministic writes

Records change through invocable actions with typed inputs, so the same rules apply whether Claude or a person triggers them.

04 · Prove

Evals and audit

Golden test sets catch regressions when prompts, skills, or models change. Event logs show who did what and why.

Delivery playbook

From announcement to production in four phases.

Timelines are typical ranges for a single business function. Multi-function programs run the phases in parallel streams.

A workshop where a team sketches an automation plan on a whiteboard
Phase 01 · 2 wks

Readiness

Permission model, data quality, integration inventory, and ranked use cases. Output: a pilot plan leadership can approve.

Phase 02 · 3–4 wks

Pilot

First skills or one agent live with a real team, guardrails on, eval set in place, adoption measured weekly.

Phase 03 · 4–8 wks

Scale

MCP integrations, more functions as Salesforce releases them, Slack workflows, and Claude Code in the engineering loop.

Phase 04 · ongoing

Operate

Monthly governance review, model and prompt version control, cost tracking, and a backlog of the next automations.

Engagement packages

Three ways to start, all with a fixed definition of done.

Pick the one that matches where you are. Each package includes a written scope, named architect, and a rollback plan before anything reaches production.

Questions

What buyers ask us about Claudeforce.

Short answers here. Longer ones on a call, with your org open.

What exactly is Claudeforce?

The expanded Salesforce and Anthropic partnership announced on 26 August 2026. It makes Claude the reasoning engine across Agentforce and Slack and launches Salesforce in Claude, a plugin with prebuilt sales skills backed by the SIforce harness and MCP.

Can we start before the open beta?

Yes. Readiness work, permission cleanup, use-case ranking, Claude-reasoned Agentforce agents, MCP tooling, and Claude Code adoption do not wait for the plugin. When your org gets beta access, the skills land on a prepared foundation.

Is our CRM data safe with Claude?

Claude runs inside the Salesforce trust boundary via Amazon Bedrock, with enterprise safeguards and zero data retention options. We add least-privilege MCP scopes, Trust Layer settings, and audit logging so you can prove it.

Do we need Agentforce licenses to use Claude?

It depends on the surface. Agentforce agents need Agentforce; Salesforce in Claude needs Claude and Salesforce entitlements; Claude Code and MCP tooling have their own licensing. The readiness sprint maps entitlements before you spend.

Who can implement Claudeforce for us?

Ailace Cloud is a Salesforce partner and a member of Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, delivering Claudeforce readiness sprints, Claude-powered Agentforce agents, Salesforce in Claude skills, MCP integrations, and AI governance. Ask us for partner references and certification details on the call.

Does Claudeforce lock us into one model?

No. We build model-agnostic action layers in Flow and Apex, so switching or combining models is a configuration change, not a rebuild. Claude is our default recommendation inside Salesforce because of the Claudeforce integration and trust boundary.
