No. Your Salesforce data goes only between your org and your own Claude, under your own sign-in. Ailace never receives it: not records, not counts, not results. We only know who is licensed, which skills they use and how many runs they make. Claude processes your data under your own agreement with Anthropic.
Most skills are read-only. Skills marked "writes with approval" show you every change first, such as a duplicate merge or a reassigned record, and only apply what you approve.
